These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the p222 platform. By creating an account or using any service on p222, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be 18 or older and not resident in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited. p222 accounts are for individual, personal use only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your p222 password with any third party under any circumstances.
All deposits and withdrawals on p222 are processed in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, Easypaisa and supported bank transfers. Transaction limits apply as set out in the Cashier section.

Fraudulent deposits, bonus abuse, multi-accounting and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and p222 ("p222", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the p222 website located at p222.im and all associated services, games, betting markets and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
By accessing p222, creating a user account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional term or game rule, the more specific document shall prevail in relation to that specific matter.
2.1 Minimum Age. The p222 Platform is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. p222 may at any time request documentary proof of age and may suspend or permanently close accounts pending such verification.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. p222 makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible from any specific location. If online gaming is prohibited by the laws applicable to you, you must not register or use the Platform. p222 accepts no liability for any breach by a user of applicable local laws.
2.3 Single Account. You may hold only one active account on p222. Opening multiple accounts, whether personally or through a third party, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Registration. To use the Platform's financial features, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
3.2 KYC Verification. p222 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in compliance with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You will be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may additionally be asked to provide proof of address or proof of payment method. p222 reserves the right to withhold processing of withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.3 Accuracy of Information. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your p222 login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. p222 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp or live chat.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify p222 support immediately upon becoming aware or suspecting that your account credentials have been compromised. p222 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. p222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication ("2FA") on your account. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on p222 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals.
5.2 Accepted Methods. p222 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and internet banking transfers from HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. p222 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
5.3 Limits. Transaction limits apply to all payment methods. Current indicative limits are: JazzCash / Easypaisa minimum Rs 300, maximum Rs 50,000 per transaction; bank transfer minimum Rs 1,000, maximum Rs 500,000 per transaction. Limits are subject to change and wallet-provider limits may apply independently.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete. p222 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. p222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing funds.
5.5 Own Account Requirement. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
6.1 General. p222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, time limits and eligible games.
6.2 Abuse. Bonus abuse – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting system errors or using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements – will result in cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account suspension.
6.3 p222 Discretion. p222 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and wagering compliance are final.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at p222's sole discretion. p222 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet for any reason, including but not limited to unusual betting patterns or suspected abuse.
7.2 Errors. Where a bet is accepted due to an obvious error in pricing or odds (including software error or human error), p222 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Winnings paid in error will be reclaimed.
7.3 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are offered on selected events including cricket (PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC events), UFC and other sports. In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of the event or market will be voided.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, reversal of all associated transactions and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the p222 Platform – including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, page layouts and data compilations – is the property of p222 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without the prior written consent of p222.
10.1 The p222 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.3 p222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p222 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at p222.im/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. p222 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, banking partners) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of p222. Users are responsible for compliance with their own local laws.
14.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the p222 Platform, you should first contact p222 support to seek an informal resolution. p222 will endeavour to respond to and resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe. p222's decisions on matters relating to account balances, bet settlements and bonus eligibility are final, subject to applicable law.
14.3 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to bring or participate in any class action or collective proceeding against p222.
